About

My name is Darren.

I was born in Anglesey and have over 22 years of experience in business management.

I spent many years as a General Manager in fast-paced hospitality environments in Manchester, leading teams and learning what it truly takes to make a business work day to day.

Alongside that, I have always built and operated my own ventures. From small projects to fully formed businesses, those experiences taught me resilience, independence, and the importance of practical decision-making.

Today, I work remotely within a global technology organisation, which gives me both perspective and flexibility. RevPaws exists because I know how difficult it can feel to start something alone, and how powerful the right support can be at the right time.

If I can help, I will. If I can’t, I’ll tell you honestly.
